I know some bloggers put up their whole outfit according to the shoes... well, clearly I'm not haha!
Let me explain: we're in Montreal, there's snow, I wear snow boots to get to work... and all my "work" shoes are patiently waiting for me in a box in my office. In winter, I leave my shoes at work. That day, I got home and wanted to take outfit pictures and then... realized I didn't have my shoes with me. Of course, I could have put on any other pair that I have at home, but I wanted to be honest. The outfit posts we're doing at rose&violette are true everyday outfits, not imaginary look-at-me-i'm-so-cool outfits. And I also thought it was funny to be shoe-less!
Don't worry, I won't post outfits without shoes for the whole winter! From now on, I'll bring my shoes home with me.
Oh! In case you were wondering, during the day I was wearing black oxford heels. Use your imagination... there you are... pretty, no?
