rose is...
a young blonde (sometimes red) who likes music, travel (read her other blog here), London, sequins and earrings.
violette is...
an older blonde (sometimes every other color) who likes music, writing, psychology, the color black and makeup.
Long time friends, we met because of our love for music, but we soon discovered that we both loved fashion and started to email each other pretty things we found on the net, meet for too many shopping sprees, discuss the latest trends and steal borrow each other's belongings.
rose&violette is the way we found to share our passion for fashion!

At rose&violette we speak français and english... at the same time and en alternance, depending on the post type and our mood. Mais ne soyez surtout pas gênés de commenter en français!
The blog is mostly in english for practical reasons. But sometimes we prefer french. We chose not to translate everything in both languages because it's long and boring... and does fashion really needs a language? Doesn't it speak for itself?
