26/30 violette: osheaga day 2

Again, let the pictures do the talking. Day 2 was my favorite.

Musical highlights: We are wolves, Snoop Dog (not a fan of hip hop but it was way too fun), Metric and Weezer. I went to a Weezer show in 2005 or so, and it was just plain boring. But this time, wow! Rivers Cuomo was so funny, it was amazing. And they did all those old songs that we love, plus a cover of MGMT (Kids), with a little Lady Gaga passage (Poker Face... Rivers with a blonde wig haha!).

Outfit highlights: I wore my flowery dress with a t-shirt over it. I fooled my friend, he thought it was one piece. It wasn't!

Metric's signer outfit hightlight: I always look how she's dress, I think she's really beautiful. She wore sequins from head to toe. She had a gold sequin top with the back open and silver sequin shorts. She had platforms with a little gold sequin. Pretty outfit, but not for real life!

Age-range highlight: I'm starting to feel so old in those music festivals. Look at the picture where I'm fulling my bottle of water haha!

Photographer highlight: Thanks to my friend Robert for the pictures of my outfit. I could get used to that, so much easier to just pose, rather than setting the timer, run and pose, then check if I fit the picture (and repeat). But I'm back to my normal photographer (that is, myself) tonight!

Encore une fois, laissons les photos parler. Le jour 2 a été mon favori.

Côté musique: We are wolves, Snoop Dog (je ne suis pas fan de hip hop, mais c'était simplement trop amusant), Metric et Weezer. J'ai vu un spectacle de Weezer en 2005 environ, et c'était carrément plate. Mais cette fois-ci, wow! Rivers Cuomo était, comme on dit en bon français, tout simplement en feu! Ils ont fait toutes les vieilles chansons qu'on aime tant, en plus d'une reprise d'une chanson de MGMT (Kids), avec un passage de Lady Gaga (Poker Face... Rivers avec une perruque blonde, haha!).

Côté tenue: J'ai porté ma robe fleurie avec un t-shirt par-dessus. J'ai réussi à berner mon photographe qui pensait que c'était une pièce faite comme ça. Eh bien non!

Côté tenue de la chanteuse de Metric: Je regarde toujours comment elle est habillée, je la trouve très belle. Elle portait des paillettes de la tête au pieds. Elle avait un top en paillettes or, ouvert dans le dos, et un short en paillettes argent. Elle portait des plate-forme avec un peu de paillettes or. Très joli, mais vraiment pas pour la «vraie vie»!

Côté âge des festivaliers: Je me rends compte que je suis de plus en plus vieille à côté des autres festivaliers. Regardez la photo où je remplis ma bouteille d'eau...! haha

Côté photographe: Un gros merci à mon ami Robert pour les photos de mes tenues. Je pourrais m'habituer à ça, je n'ai qu'à prendre la pose, plutôt que d'ajuster le retardateur, courir, prendre la pose, vérifier si je cadre dans la photo (et recommencer). Mais je serai de retour avec mon photographe habituel (c'est-à-dire moi-même) dès ce soir.
