This is a variation from yesterday's outfit. Same top, different black skirt. I wanted to demonstrate that neutrals aren't boring and that with very little accessories, you can change the look of an outfit!
What are my accessories? I have the shoes and the bow. But there are other kinds of accessories: hair and makeup.
I wore my hair straight, in case you didn't notice. I love to create different looks with my hair (wearing it up, down, curly, straight, with bangs, no bangs, braids, etc.). I also think the color of your hair is important. Like The Fashion Cloud, who by the way has the prettiest natural haircolor EVER, my haircolor is somewhat bright, so I think it goes well with neutral colors. I believe the outfit would maybe be a little dull if I had, let's say, ash brown hair. The same goes for makeup. You can use it to dramatically change the overall feeling of an outfit. So that's why I went for a smoky eye, to balance the girly feeling of my outfit.
